Single SAXS curves I(s) versus s for the lysozyme sample in (a) di = 1.7 mm and (b) di = 0.9 mm capillaries at a total volume flow rate Q = 20 µl s−1. With increasing exposure time, the scattering intensity at low s increases due to the formation of radiation-induced aggregates, especially in the larger-diameter capillary.
