Top panel: the function [\hat{z}^{\,2}|\hat{E}(\hat{\theta})|^2] is plot for different values of [\hat{\xi}_E]. Bottom panel: the function [|\hat{E}(\hat{r})|^2] is plot for different values of [\hat{\xi}_E]. Both functions are axis-symmetric, i.e. a three-dimensional picture can be obtained by a rotation around the vertical axis. Here [{\hat{\bf{l}}}] = 0 and [{\hat{\boldeta}}] = 0.
