Electromagnetic model of the custom-built diamond-based device. The diamond substrate is electrically connected to a 50 Ω matched copper microstrip (thickness 35 µm) by means of 25 µm wire bonds. The signal output is made by an SMA connector. The dimensions of the device are 20 mm × 10 mm × 4 mm.
