Summary of the X-ray flux measurements for various X-ray photon energies as a function of silicon thickness used for beam attenuation. The measurements obtained by the XGMD and the radiometer are plotted in (a) and (b), respectively. The various solid, dashed and dotted lines are the result of simulations using equation (1)[link] with a third- to first-harmonic ratio r3 of 0, 0.1 and 1%, respectively. The solid red line indicates the fit to the data for each EX-ray, whose results are displayed in Fig. 6[link] and are summarized in Table 1[link]. Each data set has been arbitrarily shifted in the vertical direction for clarity.
