Comparison of the transmission t of a combination of plane-mirror–plane-grating depending on the photon energy, when both components are gold coated and the monochromatic beam is exiting parallel to the incident beam. The data are calculated by use of (25)[link]. The grating has a groove density of 150 mm−1 and a blaze angle of γ = 0.22° and for the operation mode `fixed focus' with constants cff = 1.245 (red line) and cff = 1.79 (blue line).
