Schematic diagram of the experimental setup. Parallel X-rays are derived from a 3.5 GeV electron storage ring and are monochromated by a double-crystal monochromator with Si(111) crystals. The beam is projected on the sample fixed on a rotation stage, and the transmitted beam is recorded by an image detector. Finally, the projection images of the sample are displayed via the image acquisition system.
