Electron TOF spectrum after N2 ionization with hν = 867 eV and pulse energy ∼234 µJ. Retardation voltage is −340 V. In all spectra we detect the KVV peak with approximately constant intensity, which makes this peak ideal for detector performance calibration. N2 1s (β = 2.00), on the other hand, shows strong dependence on the polar axis.
