Fourier ring correlation curves to estimate the spatial resolution using 1 bit threshold. (a) Estimate for the ptychographic reconstruction of the phase contrast image at 17 keV from Fig. 7[link], on which the pixel size is 10 nm and the resolution is 25 nm. (b) Estimate for the ptychographic reconstruction of the phase contrast image at 33.6 keV from Fig. 8[link], on which the pixel size is 7.6 nm and the resolution is 15 nm. The values on the axis of the abscissae correspond to the spatial frequency normalized by the Nyquist's frequency. The values of the abscissae where the FRC curve intersects the threshold curve are indicated.
