Ray spot diagrams (a), (b) and (c) are obtained in the same way as (a), (b) and (c) of Fig. 5[link]; (I) is for the point source with field angle of u1 = 0° and image distance of [r_{0}^{\,\prime}] = 119.35 cm; (II) and (III) are for point sources with field angles of u1 = 0.1°, u1 = 0.2° and image distance [r_{0}^{\,\prime}] = 200 cm, respectively.
