Reflectivity of LAO/STO with 2DES (top) (sample A) and without 2DES (bottom) (sample B), measured at T = 10 K with the radiation parallel (Rp) and orthogonal (Rs) to the plane of incidence of the infrared radiation. The resonance is observed on the dip of the reflectivity edge of the longitudinal phonon as indicated by the arrows. For both samples the reference was a gold mirror.
