Layout of the optical system for observing the undulator radiation. The undulator radiation was extracted through a window and an iris. A color CCD with a camera lens was placed downstream of the iris to observe the radiation profile. A movable aluminium mirror was positioned after the iris to switch the undulator radiation into an imaging spectrometer. The geometrical arrangement is given in the figure. An EM-CCD camera that is mounted on the exit of the spectrometer is used to obtain the spectroscopic image.
