Gaussian fitting analysis shows that the full width at half-maximum beam sizes are 444 nm (H) by 311 nm (V) at 6.504 keV and 408 nm (H) by 280 nm (V) at 7.114 keV. (e) PRTF analysis of the reconstructed MnO particles at 6.552 keV. The full-period spatial resolution is determined to be 43.6 nm from the intersection of the 1/e threshold.
