An energy threshold of 4 keV for all pixels was used. The percentage values of the coincidence events of the central pixel with all eight pixels are also shown (CTW of 200 ns). (b) The energy spectra of the coincidence events of the central pixel at three different CTWs. Examples of fluorescent and escape peaks are clearly visible.
