Top and side views of the experimental configuration. The brush beam from the SR bending magnet is preliminary monochromated by the double-crystal monochromator and further monochromated by the MDCM, and then projected onto the sample. The diffraction beams of the (10 2 0) and (10 0 2) planes in the sample are captured by two 1D photon-counting detectors.
