The incidence angle for SM is θ and the included angle for SG is α + β, where β is defined as a positive value. For imaging subassembly, r1 and r2 are the distances from source to WM1 and WM1 to WM2. The grazing incidence angles for WM1 and WM2 are θ1 and θ2.
