Correcting-time evolutions of the TFU evaluated from the SiO2 scattering data based on the SS, MS, and OSS processes. The inset shows the correcting time from 0 h to 5 h. Channels from 14500 to 15000, which is shown in Fig. 3[link], were selected for evaluation. The ideal TFU, which is based on the Poisson noise, is shown for reference. The TFU at 0 h corresponds to that of the uncorrected data.
