Figure 1
Schematics of the experimental setup. It consists of a four-bounce Si(220) monochromator using a pair of channel-cut crystals, slits for defining the beam trajectory, beryllium CRLs for focusing, and a diffractometer for orienting the sample. The scattering was collected with an ePix100a detector at a distance of 5.5 m from the sample. The inset shows the geometry of the crystal `wedge' and the orientation of the Ge(111) lattice plane, as well as the reciprocal space scattering geometry.
