Setup for high-resolution RCI of the diamond (333) reflection at an energy of E = 14.41 keV. It includes two 5 m undulators, an Si pseudo channel-cut double-crystal monochromator, a four-crystal high-resolution Si(400) (10,6,4) monochromator, an asymmetrically cut silicon (422) collimator, the sample and the 2D detector.
