The computed reflectivity of Schott glass at 14 keV using equations (9)[link] and (13)[link]. Surface properties were σ = 2 nm, [\sigma_{L}] = 20 nm, and [\omega_{0}] = 1/15 µm. The waviness contributes to an overall decrease in reflectivity and a rounding-off at the critical angle.
