Result from the 2D areal Fizeau interferometer measurement of the BK7 flat. The highlighted trace is along the path that the XRR measurement was performed. The data were filtered at (1/16) µm−1; however, the Fizeau interferometer cannot measure frequencies in the higher roughness range and therefore the roughness plot contains no information (see Fig. 1[link]).
