The position of the Bragg peak changes on the detector at different rotation positions. The recording time at 2 Hz repetition rate is 50 s. (c) Summed diffraction of 15 images from room-temperature bovine trypsin crystal recorded at the BioMAX beamline using 1.5 s exposure of 1.5° oscillation angle. The image is zoomed to part of the detector image to reveal the round shape of diffraction spots.
