Over the annealing cycle, the average strain in each reflection gradually decreases and stagnates after ∼410°C, as does the magnitude of the standard deviation. The magnitude and direction of the average strain is reflection-dependent, especially in the corner ROIs. The coordinate axes are positioned in sample space and plotted with a length of 250 nm.
