Gray circles represent Ga atoms, white circles represent N atoms, the patterned circle represents an Mg atom and black circles represent H atoms. AB, BC and OA indicate antibonding, bond-centered and off-axis antibonding sites, respectively. These sites have two types of orientation: parallel (∥) or perpendicular ([\bot]) to the c axis.
