The layout and optical components of the rocking curve imaging setup on the APS bending magnet beamline 1BM, comprising a primary double-crystal Si(111) monochromator, beryllium (Be) window, Si conditioning crystal C1 in the asymmetric 531 reflection, the diamond (800) channel-cut crystal under study C2 in the 400 Bragg reflection and the pixel detector. X-rays with a 9.8 keV photon energy and a 1.5 eV bandwidth are used.
