The white-line peak position shifts toward higher energy when the ROI moves from the inner region to the outer region, and the corresponding edge-50 positions show the same trend. (e)–(h) Results of a second NMC811 particle. Although the white-line position of ROI 2 is lower than ROIs 1 and 3, its edge-50 position is highest in three ROIs (ROI 1: 8344.8 eV; ROI 2: 8344.8 eV; ROI 3: 8345.7 eV).
