Measured absolute photon flux of the seventh harmonic peak of the undulator spectrum. The main peak has an FWHM of ΔE = 73.2 eV and the FWHM is shown as gray dashes. This curve is the envelope which determines the available energy bandwidth for the multilayer monochromator. The gap opening was 5.665 mm.
