A photon energy of 100 eV, VLSG line density of 300 lines mm−1, and exit-slit width of 40 µm were assumed. Integrated intensities along the vertical and horizontal axes are shown on the upper and right sides of each panel, respectively. The origin of the horizontal vertical axes corresponds to the maximum positions of the integrated peaks.
