Design of the ISS DCM first crystal along with the finite element analysis of the temperature distribution during normal operations. The top of the crystal is the diffracting surface, while the back of the crystal contains the channels used for the LN2 cooling. The temperature map is given for the maximum heat load of 2.2 kW.
