Pointing stability of both Ni-coated beam paths in the horizontal and vertical axis. In the fixed delay path a pointing stability of δuf,horizontal = 6.5 µrad (FWHM) and δuf,vertical = 2.8 µrad (FWHM) was measured. For the variable delay path it amounts to δuv,horizontal = 4.3 µrad (FWHM) and δuv,vertical = 9.7 µrad (FWHM).
