The blue-filled areas represent the beams at 1414 eV photon energy originating from the second harmonic of the undulators. The vertical separation between fundamental and second-harmonic beams near the zone-plate focus arising from the off-axis component of the diffractive optics can be used to block the unwanted radiation.
