(c) Small vacuum chamber with limited motions inside (inner diameter 250 mm). The small chamber can be directly connected to the SAXS instrument without a SAXS window. The WAXS window is a carbon fiber ep­oxy sheet. The large chamber is normally separated from the SAXS instrument by a Kapton window.
