Typical single-shot diffraction pattern from lysozyme microcrystals delivered by the GDVN jets. Indexed reflections are marked with red squares. Despite a relatively low indexing rate of ∼1% in the dataset (with a total of 4.7 million frames) and the presence of frames with multiple crystal hits, the extracted unit cell is well defined and matches well the results reported in the literature (Weinert et al., 2017BB83).
