Left: helium chamber in GIWAXS configuration. The chamber is directly connected to the beamline and the Pilatus detector via gas-tight bellows. A 200 µm-thick beryllium window in the inlet tube isolates the setup from the beamline vacuum. An oxygen sensor connected to an outlet of the chamber indicates the percentage of oxygen remaining in the chamber.
