). The output map of the jth cycle $[\rho_{j,N}^{\,\prime}]$ , which is calculated by the inverse Fourier transform (FT⁻¹) of $[G_{j,N}^{\,\prime}]$ , is modified to ρ_j+1,N by the real-space constraint to start the next j+1 cycle. After M HIO cycles, the map for the next M + 1 cycle of the kth run, $[\rho_{k,M}^{\,\prime}]$ was generated using equations (2)
