Figure 10
Transmission variation caused by a hypothetical angular deviation at hν = 250 eV. The increase of transmission in the vertical direction (ΔT = 118% at Δu = 23 µrad) originates from a greater proportion of the central part of the beam being directed into the grating beam path. A reduction of the intensity to 90% is tolerated by an angular devation of δuhorizontal = 50 µrad in the horizontal and δuvertical = 60 µrad in the vertical direction.
