The bottom part consists of (8) a copper/aluminium flat connector, (9) a flat spring, (10) a third-reference electrode connector, (11) a plastic holder with a spring inside for the third electrode, (12) glued Kapton foil, (13) the main body made of steel, (14) a clamping nut with a Teflon circle inside. (15)–(17) Grooves for rubber rings.
