Plot comparing the difference in the number of photon counts per second on an EIGER2 X 9M CdTe at VMXm for crystals of CPV14 under vacuum at 12.458 keV (blue trace) and 21.326 keV (red trace). The peaks in the traces around 3, 3.5 and 5 Å⁻¹ are copper powder diffraction rings from the copper cryoEM grids. Ice rings are also observed at a resolution of 1.7 and 2.7 Å⁻¹ in the 12.458 keV, with these appearing as more diffuse rings in the 21.326 keV plot.
