Experimental workflow for using N2I on in situ SRµCT tested samples. (a) Bone samples were extracted from the mid-diaphysis of a bovine femur. (b) These samples were subsequently notched and scanned in a hydrated in situ testing chamber where reference scans were obtained. (c) The sinogram was then split into K = 2 sub-reconstructions.
