(c) Surface structure of a 3D map reconstructed from a set of diffraction patterns of the warmed-and-cooled toner particle. The diffraction patterns were collected from −80° to +80° at an angular step of 0.5°. The X-ray flux was 3.1 × 1010 photons s−1 and the exposure time was 100 s.
