Reconstruction of a coal and water mixed sample. (a–e) Multi-contrast images using ESPINNet with N = 20 of T (transmission), αx (horizontal refraction), αy (vertical refraction), D (scattering), and phase distributions; (f) 3D phase volume using ESPINNet with N = 3, and the Z, X, and Y direction slice of the 3D reconstruction. The 5 µm coded mask was scanned with a step size of 3 µm in a linear diagonal pattern. Data were acquired at the 1BM beamline of APS.
