The asymmetric unit. The four molecules that constitute the asymmetric unit are shown in different colours using the secondary-structure assignment given in Fig. 1[link] and labelled. The two types of protein–protein interface are labelled, as are the β4 and β7 strands. Residues that contribute significantly to the type I interface (Phe147, Trp151 and Phe153) are depicted as sticks.
