AxNiR SF-ROX data collection. The crystal is shown (a) before and (b) after XFEL beam exposure. The crystal size is approximately 1 × 0.7 × 0.08 mm. Holes drilled by the X-ray laser are clearly visible corresponding to the top left to bottom right data-collection strategy. Each hole is 50 µm apart, with a 0.1° rotation between each snapshot. The XFEL diffraction setup was the same as that described by Hirata et al. (2014BB22). The blue colour of the crystal shows the oxidation state of the copper site. (c) A diffraction image from an AxNiR crystal obtained on BL3 at SACLA. The maximum visible resolution spots appear at 1.37 Å.
