Calculated vertical distortions ΔZ(X) and ΔZ(Y) along the central crystal axes perpendicular and parallel to the photon beam direction, respectively. Additionally, the corresponding sagittal and longitudinal slope errors, SE(X) and SE(Y), are shown, respectively. The origin of the coordinate system is on the crystal surface and in the centre of the long crystal side. Only the deformations for one half of the crystal surface are shown, since the deformations on the other half are mirror-symmetric to it.
