Comparison of the theoretical beam profile and the measured profile. The theoretical line-spread function includes a geometrical spot size of 0.06 µm. The weak background is subtracted from the experimental data, and the measured profile is normalized so that the integral of the beam profile is equal to that of the theoretical beam function.
