for the indicated horizontal demagnifications. Source size = 230 µm × 23 µm FWHM. Vertical acceptance = 0.5 mrad. Horizontal acceptance = (3.0/demagnification) mrad. Vertical demagnification = 0.41, 0.51, 0.62 and 0.72 for demagnifications 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5, respectively. The demagnification of 2.0 compensates for aberrations introduced by the individual optical elements.
