Virtual cross-sectional X-ray fluorescence image of artificial diamond containing metallic inclusions (Fe, Co, Ni). The incident X-ray energy was 10 keV and the exposure time was 8 s. The pixel size of the image is 2 µm × 2 µm (2 × 2 binning mode), and the number of pixels is 512 × 512.
