Multi-channel analyzer spectrum of arsenic oxide (As2O3) in iron oxide (Fe2O3) solid solution taken in 2 min. The dashed line shows measurements performed with the Soller slits in place, and the solid line shows the spectrum with the Soller slits removed (with the crystal). The analyzer effectively removes the Fe fluorescence.
