Efficiency distribution of the first-order diffraction of a 1D A-FZP (black solid line). The central region including zeroth-order beam is cut. The X-ray energy is 8 keV. Theoretical values of conventional FZPs are also shown (gray broken line: outermost zone width is 100 nm and zone thickness is 2 µm; gray solid line: outermost zone width is 50 nm and zone thickness is 1 µm). Small bumps shown in the profile are due to the speckle from the dust adhered on the windows installed in the X-ray path.
