Sketch of the measurement procedure. Raw images of a nine-lens stack are shown at different analyzer crystal angles θ (a). The intensity versus angle distribution is obtained then for each pixel. Panels (b) and (c) show the function [I_{\rm{RC}}(\theta)] for 20 µm × 20 µm wavefront samples near the CRL optical axis and at the distance 260 µm far from it. In the former case the transmitted beam is not deflected from the initial propagation direction, while in the latter it does. Circle markers show the measured intensity, dashed lines depict the Gaussian fit of the reference RC and the solid line shows the fit with the CRL in place. The RC profile asymmetry that is seen in Fig. 2(c)[link] is discussed in §5[link].
