Experimentally obtained speckle contrast as a function of sample-to-detector distance measured using silica colloidal particles (600 nm in size) in water (q = 1.02 × 10−2 nm−1 at E = 12.230 keV), after the EBS upgrade. For a comparison the values before the upgrade are also shown. The lines are the theoretical values according to equation (4)[link].
